Thank you for sharing with us Clint! My father has MCI. What are your current symptoms? Did your neurologist equate MCI as early onset? Did your neurologist prescribe anything? My father was prescribed Aricept, as he was having a huge problem with finding words.

I appreciate the remarks from Clint and Jeff about the importance of reaching out to others as we are ‘walking each other home’. Ameilia shared about communities of care and many of us live in communities where we (LGBTQ+ Elders) have to consciously build our own micro levels of community. Is anyone aware of resources to help people consciously and inclusively build communities of care?

I believe only California, DC, and New Jersey have state laws that require care communities use a LGBT Senior Bill of Rights.
