We may not be able to change some of these dynamics but we can change how we cope with them. For centuries we've known that the health of the brain and the body are connected. But now more than ever and with the holidays approaching, we must focus on healthy choices to decrease stress and increase our mental health.

Join us to learn about research in the areas of exercise, diet and nutrition, cognitive activity and social engagement, and use hands-on tools to help you incorporate these recommendations into a self care plan.
